Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hospitalizaci v intenzivní péči z pohledu rodinných příslušníků se zaměřením na jejich psychiku. Obsahově je práce rozdělena do dvou základních bloků - na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části popisujeme krizi jako takovou a její možné příčiny, fáze, průběh a intervence. Obsahem teorie je také část, ve které se zabýváme popisem intenzivní péče a rolí rodiny během hospitalizace příbuzného. Praktická část je zpracována pomocí kvalitativní metody výzkumného šetření. Výzkumná část se zabývá otázkami, které mají zjistit informovanost rodinných příslušníků a jak tato situace ovlivňuje rodinu. Výzkum je veden formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s vybranými respondenty.
The bachelor thesis is focused on hospitalization in intensive care from the perspective of family members with a focus on their psyche. In terms of content, the work is divided into two basic blocks. For the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, we describe the crisis as such and its possible causes, phases, progress and interventions. The content of the theory is also a part in which we deal with the description of intensive care and the role of the family during the hospitalization of a relative. The practical part is processed using a qualitative research method. The research part deals with questions to find out the awareness of family members and how this situation affects the family. The research is conducted in the form of semi-structured interviews with selected respondents.
