dc.description.abstractThe Bachelor Thesis deals with the design and the layout of components of a measuring track. The thesis presents the amendments description of an existing unused stand for the adjustment of injection pumps of diesel Motorpal NC 104. The amendments include the choice and the design amendment of a suitable air blower, the design of an universal device for the operating of valves in the heads, the suggestion of other components of the measuring canal track such as the reductions, the stilling chamber, the piping for air, the design of the needed measurement-and-record devices and a suggestion of a simple software for the calculation of the orifice coefficient and the vortex number. The thesis also contains a concept of the alternative solution of blower type, its drive, exchangeable parts for mounting of various head types and small accessories.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce řeší návrh konstrukce a prostorové zástavby prvků měřící tratě. Součástí práce je popis úprav stávající nepoužívané stolice na seřizování vstřikovacích čerpadel nafty Motorpal NC 104, výběr a konstrukční úprava vhodného dmychadla vzduchu, návrh konstrukce univerzálního zařízení na ovládání ventilů v hlavách motorů, návrh dalších prvků měřící kanálové trati jako jsou redukce, uklidňovací komora, potrubí na vedení vzduchu, návrh potřebných měřících a záznamových zařízení, návrh a programování jednoduchého software na výpočet průtokového součinitele a vírového čísla. Součástí práce jsou i návrhy alternativního řešení typu dmychadla, jeho pohonu, výměnných součástí pro upínání různých typů hlav motorů a drobného příslušenství.cs
