Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a konstrukcí zařízení pro efektivní dělení použitého textilního materiálu, konkrétně obnošených triček. Cílem bylo navrhnout zařízení, které umožní oddělení využitelné části textilie (předního a zadního dílu) pro další průmyslové využití, například jako savý materiál v autodílnách. Práce obsahuje rešerši konvenčních a nekonvenčních metod dělení textilu, návrh tří variant zařízení a výběr nejvhodnějšího řešení na základě definovaných kritérií. Zvolené konstrukční řešení využívá mechanický řezací systém s rotujícím kotoučem. Součástí návrhu je také systém uchycení materiálu, bezpečnostní prvky, zakrytování a odsávání prachu. Konstrukce byla ověřena pevnostními výpočty a numerickými simulacemi. Výsledné zařízení klade důraz na bezpečnost obsluhy, efektivitu provozu a jednoduchou údržbu.
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and construction of a device for the efficient cutting of used textile material, specifically worn T-shirts. The aim was to design a device that allows the separation of the usable part of the textile (front and back) for further industrial use, for example as an absorbent material in car workshops. The work includes a research of conventional and unconventional methods of textile separation, the design of three variants of the device and the selection of the most suitable solution based on defined criteria. The selected design solution uses a mechanical cutting system with a rotating disc. The design also includes a material holding system, safety features, covering and dust extraction. The design was verified by strength calculations and numerical simulations. The resulting equipment emphasizes operator safety, operational efficiency and ease of maintenance.
