Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je používání rukavic při ošetřování pacientů z pohledu studentů studijního oboru Zdravotnický záchranář. Práce je rozdělená na dvě části. První část neboli teoretická část nejprve popisuje infekce spojené se zdravotní péčí. Zabývá se zejména jejich historií, vznikem a přenosem. Zmíněny jsou i profesionální infekce, které v tomto tématu mají také nemalý význam. Dále je popsána bariérová ošetřovatelská péče, se zaměřením na osobní ochranné pracovní prostředky, rukavice. Práce vysvětluje zásady jejich používání, indikace a jejich důležitost. Druhá část neboli výzkumná část zjišťuje znalosti studentů studijního oboru Zdravotnický záchranář o zásadách a indikacích k používání rukavic při ošetřování pacientů dle nejnovějších vědeckých poznatků. Nakonec zjišťuje znalosti studentů studijního oboru Zdravotnický záchranář o postupu navlékání a snímání rukavic dle nejnovějších vědeckých poznatků. K výzkumu byla použita kvantitativní metoda, technikou nestandardizovaného dotazníku.
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the use of gloves in the treatment of patients from the point of view of Paramedic students. The work is divided into two parts. The first part, or the theoretical part, first describes healthcare-associated infections. It mainly deals with their history, origin and transmission. Professional infections are also mentioned, which are also of considerable importance in this topic. Next, barrier nursing care is described, with a focus on personal protective work equipment, gloves. The thesis explains the principles of their use, indications and their importance. The second part, or the research part, examines the knowledge of the Paramedic students about the principles and indications for the use of gloves when treating patients according to the latest scientific findings. Finally, it examines the knowledge of the Paramedic students about the procedure for putting on and taking off gloves according to the latest scientific knowledge. A quantitative method, a non standardized questionnaire technique, was used for the research.
