Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá výskytem vedlejších účinků protonové radioterapie u pacientů s karcinomem jícnu. Cílem práce je analyzovat akutní a chronické vedlejší účinky, které se objevily během a po ukončení léčby. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na základní principy protonové radioterapie, charakteristiku karcinomu jícnu a přehled možných typů radioterapeutické toxicity. Praktická část vychází z retrospektivní analýzy dat pacientů léčených výhradně protonovou radioterapií v oblasti jícnu. Výsledky ukazují nejčastější typy vedlejších účinků a jejich výskyt v jednotlivých fázích. Následně byly výsledky porovnány s výsledky zahraničních studií.
The bachelor's thesis deals with the occurrence of side effects of proton radiotherapy in patients with esophageal cancer. The aim of the thesis is to analyze acute and chronic side effects that occurred during and after the end of treatment. The theoretical part focuses on the basic principles of proton radiotherapy, the characteristics of esophageal cancer and an overview of possible types of radiotherapy toxicity. The practical part is based on a retrospective analysis of data from patients treated exclusively with proton radiotherapy in the esophagus. The results show the most common types of side effects and their occurrence in individual phases. The results were then compared with the results of foreign studies.
