dc.description.abstractVlivem stárnutí populace, polymorbidyty obyvatelstva a dalších aspektů, přibývá v České republice počet pacientů s nehojícími se ranami převážně venózní etiologie. Péče o rány se v poslední době přesouvá od poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb do prostředí domácí péče. Bakalářská práce je rozdělená do dvou částí, teoretické a výzkumné. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou domácí péče a nehojících se ran. Dále se zabývá přípravou převazu, postupem převazu a postupem po převazu nehojící se rány v domácí péči. Výzkumná část je zaměřená na zjišťování faktorů ovlivňujících dodržování aseptických postupů při přípravě převazu, během převazu nehojících se ran v domácí péči a na zjišťování faktorů ovlivňujících dodržování postupů při likvidaci použitého materiálu a pomůcek při ošetřování nehojících se ran pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu s technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru s respondenty, kterými jsou všeobecné sestry zaměstnané v agentuře domácí péče.cs
dc.description.abstractDue to the aging of the population, polymorbidity of the population and other aspects, the number of patients with non-healing wounds predominantly venous etiology is increasing in the Czech Republic. Wound care is shifting from health care providers to home care. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the research. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of home care and non-healing wounds. It also deals with the preparation of dressing, with the processof dressing and with the procedure after dressing of the non-healing wound in home care. The research part is focused on the identification of factors which are influencing the adherance to aseptic procedures during the preparation of the dressing, during the dressing of the non-healing wounds in home care and on the identification of factors influencing the kompliance during the liquidation of used material during the care of non-healing wounds using qualitative research with the technique of semistructured interview with respondents, who are general nurses employed in the home care agency.en
