dc.description.abstract	Akutní pankreatitida je život ohrožující onemocnění slinivky břišní. Zásadně ovlivňuje stav pacienta, nárok na léčbu a konečný výsledek, zahrnující i hledisko stravování. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jaké povědomí mají všeobecné a praktické sestry o specifikách ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s touto diagnózou. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část popisuje celkový pohled na dané onemocnění. Praktická část práce se věnuje samotnému výzkumu. Analýzou dat bude dále možné posoudit, jak probíhá péče o tyto pacienty. V bakalářské práci jsou předloženy výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu, který bude prováděn pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření ve vybrané nemocnici na odděleních chirurgie a interny.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Acute pancreatitis is a life-threatening disease of the pancreas. It fundamentally affects the patient's condition, treatment eligibility and final outcome, including dietary considerations. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to find out what awareness general and practical nurses have of the specifics of nursing care for patients with this diagnosis. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the general view of the disease. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the research itself. By analysing the data it will be possible to further assess how the care of these patients is carried out. The thesis presents the results of quantitative research, which will be conducted by means of an anonymous questionnaire survey in a selected hospital in the departments of surgery and internal medicine.	en
