Abstract
Zdravotničtí záchranáři se v rámci přednemocniční neodkladné péče setkávají s pacienty, kteří mají zhoršený zdravotní stav spojený s dýchacími potížemi. Dýchání stejně jako stav vědomí a krevní oběh, patří mezi základní životní funkce. Z tohoto důvodu je nezbytné znát přesné zásady hodnocení dechu a případně tak rozpoznat důsledky spojené právě s dýchacími potížemi pacienta. Bakalářská práce se zabývá znalostí zdravotnických záchranářů o hodnocení dýchání a jejich fyziologických parametrů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a výzkumnou. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty znalosti o měření a hodnocení dýchání dle nejnovějších vědeckých poznatků. Výzkumná část se zaměřuje na analýzu výsledků dotazníkového šetření, které bylo provedeno mezi zdravotnickými záchranáři pracujících na výjezdových základnách ZZS. Výstupem bakalářské práce bude vytvoření článku připraveného k publikaci.
Paramedics in prehospital emergency care meet with patients who have deteriorating medical condition associated with respiratory problems. Breathing, as well as consciousness and blood circulation, are among the basic vital functions. For this reason, it is necessary to know the exact principles of breath assessment and possibly to recognize the consequences associated with the patient's breathing difficulties. The bachelor thesis deals with the knowledge of paramedics on the assessment of respiration and their physiological parameters. The thesis is divided to two parts, theoreticall and explorator. In the theoretical part there is summarization of the knowledge about the measurement and assessment of respiration according to the latest academic findings. Exploratory part is aimed at analysis of questionary survey results, which was realize among paramedics on selected paramedic services. The output of this thesis will be an article prepared for publication.
