dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití pronační polohy jako součástí moderní léčby ARDS. Část teoretická definuje ARDS a shrnuje informace ohledně etiologie, patologie a patofyziologie. Následuje klinický obraz, diagnostika a možnosti léčby onemocnění. Důležitým obsahem je kapitola o pronační poloze, která v první řadě popisuje pozitivní aspekty u pacientů a tím upevňuje zařazení pronační polohy jako účinné terapie. Zásadním předmětem zkoumání je ošetřovatelská péče, která je dělena na přípravu pacienta do pronační polohy, na samotnou realizaci a zahrnuje specifika péče o pacienta v pronační poloze. Výzkumná část je zpracována pomocí kvantitativní metody v podobě sběru dat za pomocí dotazníkového šetření a cílí na znalosti sester v dané problematice.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor's thesis is focused on the use of the pronation position as part of the modern treatment of ARDS. The theoretical part defines ARDS and summarizes information regarding etiology, pathology, and pathophysiology. The clinical picture, diagnosis and treatment options of the disease are involved. An important content is the chapter on the pronation position, which first of all describes the positive aspects in patients and thereby consolidates the inclusion of the pronation position as effective therapy. The fundamental subject of research is nursing care, which is divided into preparing the patient for the pronation position, implementation and includes the specifics of care for the patient in the pronation position. The research part is processed using quantitative methods in the form of data collection with the help of a questionnaire survey and the goal of knowledge of nurses in the given issue.	en
