dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu ošetřovatelské péče u pacientů po amputaci dolní končetiny. Amputace je závažný lékařský zásah, který neovlivňuje pouze tělesný stav pacienta, ale má rovněž výrazný dopad na jeho psychické zdraví a společenský život. V teoretické části jsou rozebrány příčiny vedoucí k amputaci, fyziologické a psychické změny po operaci, zásady správné ošetřovatelské péče, průběh ošetřovatelského procesu, nejčastější pooperační diagnózy, různé typy amputací a jejich charakteristiky, a také role protetiky při rehabilitaci. Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém šetření mezi studenty Fakulty zdravotnických studií na Technické univerzitě v Liberci. Cílem bylo zjistit, jak jsou studenti informováni o péči po amputaci dolní končetiny, popsat psychologické dopady tohoto zákroku na pacienta a jaké mají studenti povědomí o možných komplikacích a specifikách různých typů amputací. Výsledky práce by mohly přispět ke zlepšení výuky a k větší empatii budoucích zdravotníků vůči této náročné problematice.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the topic of nursing care in patients after lower limb amputation. Amputation is a major medical intervention that not only affects the physical condition of the patient, but also has a significant impact on their psychological health and social life. The theoretical part discusses the causes leading to amputation, the physiological and psychological changes after surgery, the principles of proper nursing care, the course of the nursing process, the most common postoperative diagnoses, the different types of amputations and their characteristics, and the role of prosthetics in rehabilitation. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey among students of the Faculty of Health Studies at the Technical University of Liberec. The aim was to find out how the students are informed about the care after lower limb amputation, to describe the psychological effects of this procedure on the patient and what awareness the students have about possible complications and specifics of different types of amputations. The results of this work could contribute to improve teaching and to make future health professionals more empathetic towards this challenging issue.	en
