Abstract
Bakalářská práce s názvem Postižení pacienta s revmatoidní artritidou se zabývá informacemi, kterými pacient disponuje ohledně jeho nemoci, dodržováním režimových opatřeních a využitím kompenzačních pomůcek u pacientů, kteří trpí revmatoidní artritidou. V teoretické části se práce zabývá projevy, prognózou, diagnostikou a léčbou této nemoci. V další části jsou rozebrány, režimová opatření, která vedou ke zlepšení stavu u nemocného a ke snížení progrese nemoci. V poslední části jsou rozebrány oblasti, ve kterých pacient může využít kompenzační pomůcky, které vedou k úlevě od bolesti a snížení nároků na klouby. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce byla zpracována kvalitativní metodou, formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru, kterého se účastnili pacienti trpící revmatoidní artritidou po dobu 2-8 let. Ve výzkumné části byly zkoumány pacientovy informace o jeho nemoci. Dále dodržování režimových opatřeních a využívání kompenzačních pomůcek.
The bachelor thesis entitled Disability of a patient with rheumatoid arthritis deals with patient´s informations about his deasies, compliance with regime measures and using compensatory aids in patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the disease, prognosis, diagnostics, treatment. In the next part are discussed compliance with regime measures that improve the condition of the patient and reduce disease progression. In the last section are discussed areas where the patient can use compensatory aids, so he can reduce pain and reduce joint requirements. The research part of the bachelor thesis was elaborated by a qualitative method, in the form of a semi- structured interview with ten respondents who have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis for 2 to 8 years. In the research part were examines patient´s informations about his diseases. Furthermore, complience with regime measures and the use of compensatory aids.
