dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacienta po operaci tříselné kýly. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část popisuje vznik, příčiny, projevy, komplikace a terapii tříselné kýly. Dále se zaměřuje na specifika ošetřovatelské péče a edukaci pacientů po operaci inguinální kýly. Ve výzkumné části je vytvořen edukační standard, který byl ověřen dotazníkovým šetřením v praxi. Cílem práce je zjistit informovanost pacientů o zásadách péče o operační ránu, o zásadách pohybového režimu a o zásadách dietního režimu po operaci tříselné kýly dle Lichtensteina. Výstupem bakalářské práce je ověřený edukační standard na téma Edukace pacienta po operaci tříselné kýly.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor thesis deals with the patient's education following the operation of the inguinal hernia. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes origin, causes, symptoms, complications and therapy of inguinal hernia. It also focuses on the specifics of nursing care and the education of inguinal hernia patients. In the research part, an educational standard is created which was verified by a questionnaire survey in practice. The aim of this work is to find out the level of patient´s awareness of the principles of wound care, principles of movement regime and principles of dietary regimen after Lichtenstein's inguinal hernia. The output of the bachelor thesis is a certified educational standard on the topic of Patient Education after the operation of the inguinal hernia.	en
