dc.description.abstract	Téma bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na problematiku nežádoucích reakcí po transfuzi. V teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny obecné poznatky o krvi, krevních skupinách a transfuzních přípravcích. Dále je práce zaměřena na potransfuzní reakce, jejich léčbu a příčiny vzniku. Výzkumná část práce odhaluje znalosti studentů 2. a 3. ročníku oboru Zdravotnický záchranář na Technické univerzitě v Liberci o této problematice.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The topic of the bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of adverse reactions after transfusion. In the theoretical part of the thesis, general knowledge about blood, blood groups and transfusion products are presented. Furthermore, the work is focused on post- transfusion reactions, their treatment and causes. The research part of the work reveals the knowledge of the students of the 2nd and 3rd year of the field of Paramedics at the Technical University of Liberec on this issue.	en
