Abstract
V dnešní době se nejčastěji využívá k měření hustoty kostí metoda DEXA, vyskytují se tendence využívat i CT a další metody. Díky těmto metodám se dá diagnostikovat osteoporóza. Tato práce seznamuje s metodami diagnostiky osteoporózy za využití zobrazovacích metod. Zkoumá, zda lze využít CT ke kvantifikaci kostních denzit.
DXA is the most commonly used method for bone mineral density measurement today. There are tendencies for using CT and other methods. It is possible to diagnose osteoporosis thanks to these methods. This thesis introduces diagnostic methods of osteoporosis via imaging methods. Research tries to find if CT is usable for quantification of bone mineral density.
