Abstract
Studenti oboru Zdravotnický záchranář/Zdravotnické záchranářství se při své praxi setkávají s mnoha pacienty, u kterých by měli umět využít své znalosti v problematice rozpoznání, vyhodnocení a naplnění pacientových potřeb. Správná a včasná identifikace těchto potřeb pacienta umožňuje kvalitnější a rychlejší rekonvalescenci. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vztah ošetřovatelství a potřeb člověka, hierarchii potřeb podle A. H. Maslowa a v neposlední řadě na ošetřovatelský proces, který je s identifikací, vyhodnocením a naplněním potřeb pacienta úzce spjat. Část výzkumná se zabývá analýzou výsledků, které byly získány z dotazníkového šetření. Výstupem bakalářské práce je článek připravený k publikaci.
Students of the paramedic specialization in their practise encounter many patients during whose care they should be able to use their knowledge of identifying, evaluating and fulfilment of the patient's needs. Correct and timely identification of these needs allows for better and faster recovery. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the relationship of nursing and human needs, the hierarchy of needs according to A. H. Maslow, as well as the nursing process, which is closely related to the identification, evaluation, and fulfilment of the patient's needs. The research section deals with the analysis of the results obtained from the questionnaire survey. The output of the bachelor thesis is an article ready for publication.
