| dc.description.abstract | My final thesis predominantly deals with the optimization of joints that connect aluminum alloy profiles. The research focuses on three types of joints, i.e. joint connector and two reinforcing parts. The joints were tested according to the producer prescribed values. The calculations were mainly performed using regular numerical methods while the final construction was calculated by the Finite Element Method (FEM). Several experiments were conducted to verify the measured values. Consequently, a suitable innovation was proposed on the basis of the calculated values. The features of the optimized joints were being compared to the standard welded steel parts. | en |
| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací spojů profilů z aluminiových slitin. Byly sledovány tří druhy spojů, a to spojovací konektor a dva výztužné díly. Spoje se testovaly na základě předepsaných hodnot daných výrobcem. Výpočet byl z části proveden klasickými výpočetními postupy a úplná konstrukce byla vypočtena metodou konečných prvků. Pro kontrolu vypočtených hodnot byla provedena řada experimentů. Na základě naměřených a vypočtených výsledků chování spojů, byla navržena vhodná inovace. Vlastnosti optimalizovaných spojů se porovnávaly s klasickými svařovanými ocelovými díly. | cs |
