dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá ankylozující spondylitidou, onemocněním, které postihuje především axiální skelet, ale může postihovat i periferní klouby. Je zaměřena na její patogenezi, klinický obraz, diagnostiku, léčbu, ošetřovatelství, rehabilitační ošetřovatelství a volbu vhodných kompenzačních pomůcek. Výzkum je zaměřen na vědomosti všeobecných sester o tomto onemocnění v jednotlivých výše zmiňovaných oblastech. Výzkum byl prováděn na standardních ošetřovacích jednotkách nemocničních oddělení. Výstupem práce je článek zveřejňující výsledky výzkumu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	Bachelor thesis focuses on ankylosing spondylitis, a disease that primarily affects the axial skeleton, but it can also have an effect on the peripheral joints. Bachelor thesis emphasises on pathogenesis, clinical presentation, diagnosis, treatment, nursing, rehabilitation nursing, and selection of appropriate assistive devices (tools). The research is focused on the knowledge of nurses about the diseases in aforementioned areas. Research was conducted on standard nursing units of hospital departments.
