Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacientů s bércovými vředy jako nedílnou součástí ošetřovatelské péče. Teoretická část shrnuje anatomii a fyziologii kůže, typy bércových vředů dle etiologie, diagnostiku, ošetřovatelský proces sester, fáze hojení ran
a možnosti léčby. Praktická část představuje kvantitativní výzkum realizovaný prostřednictvím dotazníkové metody u 50 respondentů s bércovými vředy různé etiologie. Výzkum mapuje úroveň poskytnuté edukace pacientům, jejich znalosti o režimových opatřeních při léčbě bércového vředu a míru dodržování doporučených postupů v praxi. Výstupem práce jsou návrhy na zlepšení edukačního procesu v klinické praxi.
This bachelor thesis focuses on patient education in the treatment of leg ulcers as an integral part of nursing care. The theoretical part summarizes the anatomy and physiology of the skin, types of leg ulcers according to their etiology, diagnostics, the nursing process, wound healing phases, and treatment options. The practical part presents quantitative research conducted using a questionnaire among 50 respondents with leg ulcers of various etiologies. The research maps the level of education provided to patients, their knowledge of regimen measures during treatment, and the extent to which they follow the recommended procedures in practice. The outcome of the bachelor thesis includes suggestions for improving the patient education process in clinical practice.
