dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma edukace pacienta s arteriální hypertenzí jako součást terciální prevence. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku arteriální hypertenze, příznaky, diagnostiku, léčbu a měření krevního tlaku. Dále je zde popsána ošetřovatelská péče, komplikace a režimová opatření. Praktická část zjišťuje znalosti pacientů o problematice tohoto onemocnění, o komplikacích a režimových opatřeních. Výstupem práce je informační leták pro pacienty léčící se s arteriální hypertenzí.cs
dc.description.abstractThe topic of the bachelor thesis is the education of a patient with arterial hypertension as part of tertiary prevention. The work is divided into theoretical part and a research part. The theoretical part is focused on the nature of arterial hypertension, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment and measurement of blod pressure. Further, nursing care, complications and regimen measures are described here. The reserch part investigates patients knowledge about the problem of this disease, about complications and regimen measures. The output of the work is an information leaflet for patients being treated for arterial hypertension.en
