Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukcí mechanismu pro pokládání UD pásek.
V teoretické části práce jsou rozebrány používané materiály a polotovary pro výrobu
kompozitních dílů. Jsou popsány vybrané výrobní technologie, ze kterých byla jedna
vybrána. Následně byly navrženy konstrukční varianty podsestav a sestav pokládacího
mechanismu. Na základě vybrané konstrukční varianty byly vytvořeny 3D modely
součástí, podsestav a sestav. Pro zkonstruované díly a sestavy se provedly dynamické,
kinematické a pevnostní výpočty. Z výsledné konstrukce mechanismu byla vytvořena
výkresová dokumentace. Na závěr se zpracovalo ekonomické zhodnocení podsestav a
celého mechanismu zahrnující ceny polotovarů, technologií výroby a součástí.
The bachelor thesis deals with the design of a mechanism for laying UD tapes. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the materials and semi-finished products used for the production of composite parts are discussed. Selected manufacturing technologies are described, one of which has been chosen. Subsequently, design variants of subassemblies and assemblies of the laying mechanism were proposed. Based on the selected design variant, 3D models of the components, subassemblies and assemblies were created. Dynamic, kinematic and strength calculations were performed for the designed parts and assemblies. Drawing documentation was created from the resulting mechanism design. Finally, an economic evaluation of the sub-assemblies and the whole mechanism was prepared, including the prices of semi-finished products, production technologies and components.
