Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá umělou plicní ventilací, jejím popisem a stručnou legislativní problematikou. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. Teoretická část práce poskytuje informace o umělé plicní ventilaci, její formy, technický popis a zmiňuje zákony o zdravotnických prostředcích (konkrétně zákon č. 268/2014 Sb., a zákon č. 89/2021 Sb.) Následně stručně shrnuje jejich hlavní rozdíly. Poslední část teoretické části tvoří uživatelský manuál UPV. Výzkumná část byla provedena kvantitativní metodou pomocí dotazníků, které byly vyplněny studenty nelékařských zdravotnických oborů. Studentům byl následně poskytnut námi vytvořený dokument o plicním ventilátoru. Poté měli možnost vyplnit totožný dotazník znovu. Cílem bylo zjistit jejich znalosti v oblasti umělé plicní ventilace a její obsluze a ověřit, zda měl pomocný manuál význam. Na základě analýzy výsledků dotazníkového šetření byl navržen stručný návod, který slouží jako rychlá edukace nelékařského zdravotnického personálu před obsluhou plicního ventilátoru.
The bachelor thesis deals with mechanical lung ventilation, its description and brief legislative issues. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical part of the thesis provides information about mechanical lung ventilation, its forms, technical description and mentions laws on medical devices (specifically Act No. 268/2014 Coll. and Act No. 89/2021 Coll.). The thesis briefly summarizes their main differences. The last part of the theoretical part is the mechanical lung ventilation user manual. The research part was carried out using a quantitative method - questionnaires that were filled in by students of non-medical health fields. The students were then provided with a document we created about the lung ventilator. After that they had the opportunity to fill in the same questionnaire one more time. The aim was to find out their knowledge in the field of mechanical lung ventilation and its operation and to verify whether our manual was relevant. Based on the analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey, a brief guide was designed, which serves as a quick education for non-medical medical personnel before operating the lung ventilator.
