dc.description.abstractThis bachelor thesis is devoted to questions of pre-operative stress. The aim is to obtain information about occurrence and extent of stress, which influence a client/patient hospitalized for a planned operation. Further there are summed up recommendations for a maximal elimination of stress. The thesis constitutes of two main parts. In the theory part the concept of stress with medical connections is explained. The practical part uses a questionnaire to investigate influence of stress on a client/patient before an operation. The results show importance of a pre-operative nursing care. An advisable approach of a nurse to a client/patient, his adequate foreknowledge and a cosy hospital environment help to reduce stress before an operation.en
dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce je věnována problematice předoperačního stresu. Jejím cílem je získání informací o výskytu a míře stresorů, které působí na klienta/pacienta hospitalizovaného pro plánovaný operační výkon. Dále jsou zde shrnuta doporučení pro maximální eliminaci stresorů. Práce je tvořena dvěmi stěžejními oblastmi. V části teoretické je objasněn pojem stres s jeho medicínskými souvislostmi. Praktická část zjišťuje pomocí dotazníku působení stresorů na klienta/pacienta před operací. Výsledky poukazují na důležitost předoperační ošetřovatelské péče. Správný přístup sestry ke klientovi/pacientovi, jeho dostatečná informovanost a útulné nemocniční prostředí pomáhají ke zmenšení stresu před operací.cs
