dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce nabízí komplexní pohled na život s onemocněním lupus erythematodes. Jejím cílem je rozšířit povědomí široké veřejnosti o onemocnění lupus erythematodes, zmapovat zkušenosti pacientů s tímto onemocněním a zjistit, zda se někdo ze zkoumaných respondentů pokusil o samoléčbu. Teoretická část se zabývá obecnou charakteristikou onemocnění, jeho epidemiologií a klinickými projevy, zatímco výzkumná část mapuje subjektivní zkušenosti šesti pacientek formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů. Výsledky práce ukázaly, že lupus zasahuje do fyzických, psychických a sociálních aspektů života pacientů. Výstup práce byl zvolen formou podcastu z perspektivy pacienta pro hlubší vhled do každodenního života pacientů s onemocněním.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor's thesis offers a comprehensive view of life with lupus erythematosus. Its goal is to increase the awareness of the general public about the disease lupus erythematosus, to map the experiences of patients with the disease, and to determine whether any of the surveyed respondents have attempted self-medication. The theoretical part deals with the general characteristics of the disease, its epidemiology, and clinical manifestations, while the research part maps the subjective experiences of six patients in the form of semi-structured interviews. The results of the work showed that lupus interferes with the physical, psychological, and social aspects of the patients' lives. The output of the work was chosen in the form of a podcast from the patient's perspective for a deeper insight into the everyday life of patients with the disease.	en
