Abstract
Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice Systému psychosociálních intervenčních
služeb ve zdravotnictví. Teoretická část popisuje fungování tohoto systému, jeho vývoj a klíčové oblasti podpory. Dále se zaměřuje na související témata, jako jsou akutní stresová reakce, syndrom vyhoření a strategie zvládání psychické zátěže.
Výzkumná část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na analýzu výsledků dotazníkového šetření, které zkoumá míru informovanosti a zkušenosti nelékařského zdravotnického personálu Krajské nemocnice Liberec se Systémem psychosociálních intervenčních služeb. Práce zároveň upozorňuje na důležitost šíření informací o psychosociální intervenční podpoře v rámci zdravotnického sektoru.

It also addresses related topics such as acute stress reaction, burn-out syndrome, and strategies for coping with psychological stress. The research part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of questionnaire survey results, examining the level of awareness and experience of non-medical healthcare staff at the Regional Hospital Liberec with the Psychosocial Intervention Services System. The thesis also highlights the importance of disseminating information about psychosocial intervention support within the healthcare sector.
