Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá průběhem záchranářského procesu u geriatrického pacienta a jeho fázemi, které ovlivňují psychickou zátěž zdravotnických záchranářů. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je kladen důraz hlavně na pojmy spojené s touto problematikou práce záchranáře při transportu geriatrického pacienta, obecné informace ohledně geriatrického pacienta a geriatrického pacienta s onemocněním demence. Základy komunikace s geriatrickým pacientem a vliv na psychickou zátěž záchranáře. Využití biografie seniora v komunikaci zdravotnického záchranáře. V praktické části se věnujeme zpracování dat z výzkumného dotazníku, který byl předložen zdravotnické záchranné službě Královehradeckého kraje a jejím odpovědím z dotazníkového šetření, které se zaměřuje na vliv zátěže v rámci péče a komunikace zdravotnického záchranáře s geriatrickým pacientem.
The bachelor thesis deals with the course of the rescue process in a geriatric patient and its phases that affect the psychological burden of paramedics. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part the emphasis is mainly on the concepts related to this issue of the paramedic's work during the transport of a geriatric patient, general information regarding the geriatric patient and the geriatric patient with dementia disease. The basics of communication with the geriatric patient and the effect on the rescuer's psychological burden. The use of the elderly patient's biography in paramedic communication.In the practical part, we deal with the processing of data from a research questionnaire submitted to the Medical Rescue Service of the Hradec Králové Region and its answers from a questionnaire survey, which focuses on the influence of burden in the care and communication of the paramedic with the geriatric patient.
