dc.description.abstractTato práce slouží k vývoji aplikace metody magnetické skvrny pro určování hloubky prokalení funkčních ploch vačkových hřídelí. Uvedená metoda umožňuje nedestruktivní stanovení hloubky prokalení pomocí přístroje Doména. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na princip metody magnetické skvrny a postupný vývoj přístroje Doména. V praktické části jsou pak předloženy tři aplikace měření hloubky prokalení na tepelně zpracovaných dílech, přičemž se liší výchozí stav struktury před TZ, následně struktura jednotlivých hloubek prokalení dílů a rozdílné je i zakřivení kontrolovaných ploch.cs
dc.description.abstractThis work serves to verify the use of the magnetic spot method for determining the depth of hardening of functional surfaces of camshafts. This method allows non-destructive determination of the hardening depth using the Doména instrument/device.The theoretical part focuses on the principle of the magnetic spot method and the gradual development of the Doména instrument/device.In the practical part, three applications of the measurement of the sintering depth on heat-treated parts are recorded, where the initial state of the structure before the heat treatment, the structure of the individual hardening depths of the parts and the curvature of the inspected surfaces differ.en
