Abstract
Hledání neznámého je pro člověka pudovou záležitostí. Od hledání pokladů po bádání v hlubokém vesmíru, touha objevovat neznámé a porozumět neviditelnému je hluboko zakořeněná v lidské povaze. Tato potřeba objevovat a chápat svět kolem nás je hnací silou pokroku a inovace a také cílem této disertace. Objevovat neviditelné a skryté.
Záměrem disertační práce je zobrazovat pravdivý odraz skutečnosti v nečekaných souvislostech. Práce se snaží zachytit a vyjádřit prázdnotu, nepřítomnost čili absenci. Ukázat, jak mohou být tyto koncepty vnímány v oblasti výtvarného umění a jakou mohou mít formu zobrazení. Přítomnost a absence jsou zde zkoumány skrze materiál sklo, který nese stopy a otisky minulosti skrze zobrazovací techniky, které odhalují skryté vrstvy pravdy. Nedílnou součástí je i experiment a výzkum tvůrčích technik, které jsou vnímaný jako cesta k zobrazení neznámého.
Práce poukazuje na to, jak významné je zkoumat a chápat nepřítomnost a prázdnotu, protože i tyto aspekty mají mocně formující vliv na naší zkušenost a vnímání reality.
The search for the unknown is an instinctive human endeavor. From treasure hunting to exploring the depths of space, the desire to discover the unknown and understand the invisible is deeply rooted in human nature. This need to explore and comprehend the world around us drives progress and innovation and is also the aim of this dissertation: to discover the invisible and the hidden. The intention of the dissertation is to present a truthful reflection of reality in unexpected contexts. The work seeks to capture and express emptiness, absenceabsence of form. It aims to show how these concepts can be perceived in the realm of visual art and what form their representation might take. Presence and absence are explored here through the material of glass, which bears traces and imprints of the past through imaging techniques that reveal hidden layers of truth. An integral part of the work is experimentation and the exploration of creative techniques, seen as a path toward representing the unknown. The work highlights the significance of examining and understanding absence and emptiness, as these aspects have a profoundly formative influence on our experience and perception of reality.
