Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je problematika bolesti u K/P. Práce si klade za cíl monitorovat bolest u dospělých K/P na standardním nemocničním oddělení a sledovat přístup ošetřovatelského personálu ke zmírnění či odstranění bolesti. Teoretická část práce představuje bolest v jejím bio-psycho-sociálním pojetí. Dále nás seznamuje s její historií, jejím hodnocením, dělením a terapií. Praktická část začíná stanovením cílů a hypotéz práce. Pokračuje popisem metodiky, organizace výzkumu, sběrem, zpracováním a vyhodnocením získaných dat. V diskuzi jsou okomentovány stanovené hypotézy, v závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumu a uvedeno několik doporučení pro praxi.
The Thema of Bachleor Thesis is problem of client´s /patient´s pain. The aim of this Bachleor Thesis is monitoring adults client´s/patient´s pain in standard hospital department and monitoring the access of stuff nursing to scale down or disestablishment pain. The part of desk study introduces the pain in its bio-psycho-sociable conception. It informs us about its history, evaluation, dividing and therapy. The practical part starts with objectives setting and hypothessis of Bachleor Thesis. It continues with methodics description and research organization and with collection of processing and data evaluation. In part called discussion there are commented stated hypothessis, at the close of Diploma Thesis are sumed up results of research and several recommendation for experience.
