dc.description.abstractThis Diploma Thesis deals with the influence of the heat treatment on deformation of the driven wheel of the final drive unit in Skoda Auto company. First it was suggested a testing wheel used to discover the material and quench media influence. It was also studied the structure and hardness of the material samples and finally it was measured the residual stress and investigated its effects on the deformation. There are theoretical basis regarding our problem in the first part, the second part deals with the experimental evaluating and analyzing of particular measurements.en
dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem tepelného zpracování na deformaci hnaného kola rozvodovky ve firmě Škoda Auto a. s. Nejprve bylo navrhnuto zkušební těleso, na kterém se prostudovaly vlivy materiálů a kalícího média na deformaci. Dále byla zkoumána struktura materiálu a tvrdost vzorků. Poté bylo změřeno i zbytkové pnutí a prostudován jeho vliv na deformaci. V práci jsou nejprve nastíněny teoretické základy týkající se řešeného problému, druhá část se zabývá experimentálním vyhodnocením a analýzou jednotlivých měření.cs
