Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacienty s poruchami osobnosti na psychiatrických odděleních. Cílem práce je analyzovat, jak sestry působící na těchto odděleních hodnotí své znalosti a dovednosti v péči o pacienty s poruchami osobnosti, a jaké formální vzdělání a odborné školení v této oblasti absolvovaly. Dále se zaměřuje na identifikaci největších výzev, kterým sestry čelí při práci s touto specifickou skupinou pacientů, a na zmapování nejčastějších typů poruch osobnosti, se kterými se ve své praxi setkávají. Výzkum využívá kvantitativní metody k získání dat prostřednictvím dotazníků, které byly distribuovány zdravotnickému personálu na psychiatrických odděleních, aby poskytly objektivní údaje o dané problematice.
This bachelor's thesis focuses on nursing care for patients with personality disorders in psychiatric wards. The aim of the thesis is to analyze how nurses working in these departments evaluate their knowledge and skills in caring for patients with personality disorders, as well as to examine the formal education and specialized training they have received in this area. Additionally, the thesis aims to identify the biggest challenges nurses face when working with this specific group of patients and to map out the most common types of personality disorders they encounter in their practice. The research uses quantitative methods to collect data through questionnaires distributed to healthcare staff in psychiatric wards, providing objective insights into this issue.
