Abstract
% a 10 hm. % předmleté a mleté kávové sedliny o průměrné velikosti částic 229 ?m a 23 ?m.
This Bachelor thesis deals with analyses of structural and mechanical characteristics of PLLA biopolymere composites together with 1 and 10 wt. % of pre-ground and ground coffee grounds with an average particle size of 229 ?m and 23 ?m. The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical one and an experimental one. The theoretical part is focused on biopolymers and biopolymere composites. The experimental part describes the composition, production, and characteristics of composite structures used as foil. The structural characteristics were evaluated by the DSC and TG method, the nuclease effect of the coffee grounds as well as its effect on the thermal degradation of the composite were traced. The mechanical characteristics were determined by means of the under static and dynamic tension test with regard to the quantity and size of particle filling mass.
