Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou aplikace individuálních nosičů
v povrchové brachyterapii kožních nádorových onemocnění. Práce analyzuje současný
stav radioterapie kožních nádorů a detailně mapuje postupy aplikace individuálních
nosičů na čtyřech různých pracovištích. Prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu,
založeného na rozhovorech s pracovníky zabývající se povrchovou brachyterapií,
jsou komparovány metody aplikace s ohledem na používané materiály a techniky. Práce
identifikuje výhody a nevýhody jednotlivých přístupů, srovnává fixační metody
a poukazuje na výzvy a komplikace spojené s touto léčebnou modalitou. Výsledky
výzkumu poukazují na rozdíly v postupech a materiálech mezi pracovišti.
This bachelor thesis deals with the application of individual carriers in surface brachytherapy of skin cancer. The thesis analyses the current status of radiotherapy of skin tumours and maps in detail the procedures of application of individual carriers at four different departments. Through qualitative research, based on interviews with surface brachytherapy practitioners, application methods are compared with respect to the materials and techniques used. The paper identifies the advantages and disadvantages of each approach, compares fixation methods and highlights the challenges and complications associated with this treatment modality. The results of the research highlight differences in procedures and materials between sites.
