dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis is aimed on study of hydrophility and surface energy of TiO2 thin films. The first part of diploma thesis includes definition of surface free energy, hydrophility and methods of its measurement, TiO2 structures and phases characteristics and description of the thin films depositions. In experimentally part, there is description of the apparatus for contact angle measurement and evaluation of the measurement by the Kaelble´s method. Results were evaluated in the dependence of the deposition parameters and properties of the TiO2 thin films.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá studiem hydrofility a povrchové energie tenkých vrstev TiO2. První část práce obsahuje definici povrchové energie, hydrofility, způsob jejich měření, charakteristiku struktury jednotlivých fází oxidu titaničitého a popis metod depozice tenkých vrstev. Experimentální část obsahuje popis měřícího zařízení pro měření kontaktního úhlu a vyhodnocení naměřených hodnot Kaelbleho metodou. Výsledky byly hodnoceny v závislosti na parametrech depozice a vlastnostech vybraných vrstev.cs
