dc.description.abstractThe thesis deals with the influence of the chosen technological parameters of injection on surface tension of plastic products (samples). Further classifications are made of the adhesion layer spreaded varnish, depending on the founded surface tension of the plastic material PC/ABS (PULSE A35 - 105). The Surface tension on plastic products is measured by the Wilhelmy plate method in the dynamic version and was executed in cooperation with the laboratory by the Institute of Physical Chemistry at the University Palacky in Olomouc. A Subsequent classification of varnish adhesion is performed for groups of large samples, in which were detected the biggest difference of surface tension. Adhesive power is rated by the warren grip method according to specification DIN EN ISO 2409.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá vlivem vybraných technologických parametrů vstřikování na povrchové napětí plastových výrobků (vzorků) a dále hodnocením přilnavosti nanesené vrstvy laku, právě v závislosti na zjištěném povrchovém napětí plastu PC/ABS (PULSE A35-105). Povrchové napětí výstřiků je měřeno metodou vyvažování Wilhelmyho destičky v dynamickém provedení a bylo realizováno ve spolupráci s laboratoří Katedry fyzikální chemie na Univerzitě Palackého v Olomouci. Následné hodnocení přilnavosti laku je provedeno pro skupiny vstřikovaných vzorků, u nichž bylo zjištěno největšího rozdílu povrchového napětí. Přilnavost je hodnocena mřížkovou metodou dle normy DIN EN ISO 2409.cs
