dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací zdravotnických záchranářů v intenzivní medicíně. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce je popsána motivace, její druhy a faktory, které ji ovlivňují. Navazuje na ni kapitola zaměřující na popis intenzivní péče, dělení a uspořádání jednotek. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části je věnována zdravotnickému záchranáři. Popisuje historii, legislativu, vzdělávací procesy a jeho kompetence, které v současné době má a jsou porovnávány s kompetencemi všeobecné sestry. V praktické části jsme se věnovali zdravotnickým záchranářům pracujících v intenzivní péči a zkoumali jejich motivace. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, co zdravotnické záchranáře motivuje k nástupu a setrvání na oddělení intenzivní péče, a jak zdravotničtí záchranáři pracující na oddělení intenzivní péče hodnotí motivaci ze strany managementu.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor thesis deals with the motivation of paramedics in intensive care medicine. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis describes motivation, its types and factors that influence it. It is followed by a chapter focusing on the description of intensive care, division and arrangement of units. The final chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the paramedic. It describes the history, the legislation, the educational processes and the competences it currently possesses, which are compared with those of the general nurse. In the practical part we focused on paramedics working in intensive care and examined their motivations. The aim of the work was to find out what motivates paramedics to join and stay in the intensive care unit, and how paramedics working in the intensive care unit evaluate the motivation from the management.	en
