Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá degradací biopolymerů. Pro experiment byla použita kyselina polymléčná (PLA). Z PLA a změkčovadel byly vyrobeny fólie, které byly po dobu 3 měsíců umístěny do sladkovodního a mořského biotopu. Poté byl vyhodnocen vliv jednotlivých změkčovadel na degradaci.
This bachelor thesis deals with the degradation of biopolymers. Polylactic acid (PLA) was used for the experiment. Films were made from PLA and plasticizers. After that, films were placed in a freshwater and marine biotope for 3 months. Then, the influence of plasticizers on degradation was evaluated.
