Abstract
složení slitin (SEM-EDX analýza) a skel (XRF analýza) a pomocí parametrů popisující ''drsnost'' povrchu.
The presented thesis deals with the corrosion behavior of Fe-28Al-5Si-X alloys in lead-free molten glass. Together with iron aluminides, other high-temperature alloys such as nickel alloy, cobalt alloy and steel EN X8CrNi25-21, were tested under the same conditions. Corrosion tests were carried out in LIBA and CRYSTALIN molten glass. The corrosion behavior of iron aluminides was observed in both molten glass at the same dynamic viscosity. Corrosion tests were performed at a temperature of 1220°C (LIBA) and 1266°C (CRYSTALIN) and an exposure time of 24 to 96 hours. The corrosion resistance of the alloys was evaluated by weighing the corrosion losses of the samples, measuring the chemical composition of the alloys (SEM-EDX analysis) and glasses (XRF analysis) and using parameters describing the "roughness" of the surface. The samples that were exposed to molten glass for 96 h were thoroughly examined.
