Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením a porovnáváním vlastností nových a synteticky poškozených silentbloků zadní nápravy vozů společnosti Škoda Auto a.s. Cílem této práce je zjištění, zda poškozené silentbloky i nadále splňují předepsaný toleranční limit v celém rozsahu tolerančního pásma. Nejprve byly změřeny nepoškozené silentbloky za účelem získání referenční charakteristiky. Následně byly tytéž silentbloky synteticky poškozeny a znovu změřeny. Práce dále obsahuje statistické vyhodnocení naměřených dat a grafické porovnání mezi referenčními a poškozenými vzorky. Na základě výsledků měření je možné určit, zda silentbloky po daném typu poškození se dostanou mimo toleranční pásmo své charakteristiky a stanou se nadále nepoužitelnými a je nutné je vyměnit.
This bachelor's thesis deals with the measurement and comparison of the properties of new and synthetically damaged rear axle silent blocks of Škoda Auto a.s. cars. The aim of this thesis is to determine whether the damaged silent blocks still meet the prescribed values within the entire tolerance band. First, the undamaged silent blocks were measured in order to obtain a reference characteristic. Subsequently, the same silent blocks were synthetically damaged and measured again. The thesis also contains a statistical evaluation of the measured data and a graphic comparison between the reference and damaged samples. Based on the measurement results, it is possible to determine whether the silent blocks after a given type of damage correspond to the end of their service life, or whether they are still functionally usable.
