Abstract
V úvodní části této práce je souhrn všech dosud používaných řezných materiálů, a to i těch, dnes již téměř nepoužívaných. Teoretická část se zabývá rozdělením a vlastnostmi především řezné keramiky, dále pak slinutých karbidů a poznatky o jejich břitech. V praktické části je provedena dlouhodobá zkouška trvanlivosti vybraného druhu řezné keramiky a její následné vyhodnocení. Další důležitou částí této práce je Syntéza a analýza všech dosud změřených destiček z řezné keramiky a slinutých karbidů, jejich vyhodnocení a patřičné závěry.
In the preamble of this work there is a summary of all cutting materials used, including those that are not very much used these days. The theoretical part undertakes to explain the characteristics of cutting ceramics, above all, that of vitreous carbide and any information about its cutting edges. In practical part there is a focus on made long-time testing of the durability of choosen methods of cutting ceramics, followed by an interpretation. An important part of this work is the synthesis and analysis of all measured laminations made of cutting ceramics and vitreous carbides, their interpretations and appropriate conclusions.
