Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá znalostmi všeobecných sester o Florence Nightingale. Nejprve je popsán život Florence Nightingale, dále je hodnocen rozsah znalostí všeobecných sester v oblasti přínosu Florence ve vzdělávání v ošetřovatelství. Znalost všeobecných sester je analyzována také z pohledu na oblast přínosu Florence v klinické praxi v ošetřovatelství.Výzkum byl prováděn se všeobecnými sestrami, které pracují v nemocnici krajského typu Libereckého kraje. K výzkumu byl použit kvantitativní výzkum, a technikou práce byl anonymní dotazník.Závěrem této práce bylo zhodnotit znalosti všeobecných sester a zároveň připomenout tak významnou osobnost jako je Florence Nightingale. A výsledkem bylo že 83 % všeobecných sester má znalost o Florence z hlediska přínosu vzdělávání v ošetřovatelství, a 78 % z oblasti přínosu pro klinickou praxi v ošetřovatelství. Výzkumné předpoklady tak byly splněny jen částečně.
This bachelor's thesis deals with general nurses' knowledge of Florence Nightingale. First, it provides describtion of Florence Nightingale's life, then the extent of general nurses' knowledge of Florence's contribution to nursing education. In the last part knowledge of general nurses in the area of contribution of Florence in clinical practice in nursing is evaluated.The research was conducted with general nurses who work in a regional-type hospital in the Liberec region. Quantitative research was used for the research, and the work technique was an anonymous questionnaire.The conclusion of this work was to evaluate the knowledge of general nurses and at the same time to recall such an important personality as Florence Nightingale. The result was that 83 % of general nurses have knowledge about Florence in terms of the contribution of education in nursing, and 78 % in the area of contribution to clinical practice in nursing. Thus, the research assumptions were met only partially.
