dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hodnocení bolesti u pacientů v intenzivní péči a zkušenostmi, které s hodnocením bolesti všeobecné sestry mají. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá definicí bolesti, dělením bolesti, popisem jednotlivých škál pro hodnocení bolesti a také rolemi všeobecných sester, které v rámci managementu bolesti zastávají. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjišťování znalostí a zkušeností všeobecných sester s hodnocením bolesti v intenzivní péči. Data, získaná pomocí dotazníkového šetření jsou následně vyhodnocena a porovnávána se stanovenými výzkumnými předpoklady. Závěr této práce se zabývá diskuzí o dané problematice a návrhem doporučení pro praxi. Výstupem práce je článek připravený k odborné publikaci a přehledný poster, který slouží všeobecným sestrám pro připomenutí skutečností souvisejících s hodnocením bolesti.	cs
dc.description.abstract	This bachelor thesis is about the experience, that nurses working with patients in intensive care, have with pain assessment. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part and research part. The theoretical part deals with the definition of pain, types of pain, pain scales and the role of nurses in pain management. The research part is aimed at finding out what knowledge and experience nurses have with assessing pain in intensive care. Data obtained by a questionnaire survey are evaluated and compared with research assumptions. The conclusion of this thesis elaborates with a discussion about this topic and with recommendations for practice. The output of the bachelor thesis is an article and a poster that serves as a reminder of the facts related to pain assessment.	en
