Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozborem struktury a vyhodnocením vlastností biopo-lymeru PLA s nanokrystaly celulózy a to včetně nebo bez organického modifikátoru houževnatosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a experimentální část. Teoretická část je zaměřena na biopolymery, jejich schopnost biodegradace, na charakteristiku, výrobu, vlastnosti a využití kyseliny polymléčné. Dále se zabývá podrobným rozborem celulózy, nanokrystalů celulózy, mikrofibrilami celulózy, modifikátorem houževnatosti, kompozity a nanokompozity. V experimentální části jsou hodnoceny mechanické a termické vlastnosti PLA v závislosti na hmotnostním obsahu nanokrystalů celulózy a modi-fikátoru houževnatosti. Nakonec je vyhodnocena morfologie elektronovou mikroskopií. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky experimentální studie a jejich diskuze
This thesis investigate structure analysis and properties of the biopolymer PLA with cel-lulose nanocrystals including or without organic impact modificator. The thesis is divided into two parts, to a theoretical part and experimental part. Theoretical part is focused on biopolymers, their biodegradability, on characteristic, production, properties and utilization of polylactic acid. Furthermore deals with detailed analysis cellulose, nanocrystalline cellulose, microfibrilated cellulose, impact modificator, composites and nanocom-posites. In the experimental part are evaluated mechanical and thermal properties of PLA according to weight content of cellulose nanocrystals and impact modificator. Fi-nally, morphology is evaluated by electron microscopes. Evaluation of the results of the experimental study and their discussion are presented in the conclusion of the thesis.
