Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na úroveň vědomosti a zručnosti studentů studijního oboru Zdravotnické záchranářství o polytraumatického pacienta přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část.
Teoretická část práce se zabývá popisem a vysvětlením příčin vzniku polytraumatu, komplikacemi a reakcí organismu na trauma a klasifikací polytraumat pomocí skórovacích systémů. Dále se věnuje kurzu a algoritmu PHTLS s přesným popisem a postupem.
Výzkumná část práce obsahuje výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu prováděného pomocí anonymního dotazníkového šetření a modelové situace. Výzkum byl zaměřen na studenty 3. ročníku studijního oboru Zdravotnické záchranářství na Technické Univerzitě v Liberci. Cílem je zhodnocení vědomostí studentů v problematice poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče a úroveň jejich zručnosti při poskytování přednemocniční neodkladné péče polytraumatickým pacientům.
Výstupem bakalářské práce je článek určený k publikaci.
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the knowledge and skill level of the students of the field of study Paramedic about polytrauma patients in prehospital emergency care. The work is divided into a theoretical and a research part. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the description and explanation of the cause of polytraumas, complications and reactions of the organism to trauma, and the classification of polytraumas using scoring systems. It also covers the PHTLS course and algorithm with a precise description and procedure. The research part of the work contains the results of quantitative research carried out using an anonymous questionnaire survey and a model situation. The research was focused on students of the 3rd year of the study field of medical rescue at the Technical University in Liberec. The goal is to evaluate students' knowledge in the issue of providing pre-hospital emergency care and their skill level in providing pre-hospital emergency care to polytrauma patients. The output of the bachelor thesis is an article intended for publication.
