Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá světelným flikrem a jeho viditelností
při různých frekvencích a různé intenzitě osvětlení. V teoretické
části jsou kromě anatomie a fyziologie oka popsány normalizované
flikrmetry a jejich principy měření. Z důvodu rychlého rozvoje
elektrotechniky se však jedná o zastaralé přístupy, a proto byla
navržena nová metoda, která je blíže popsána ve výzkumné části.
Pomocí ní byl naměřen práh viditelnosti flikru, který byl poté porovnán
s prahy konvenčního flikrmetru. Získaná data poukazují
na nezbytnost aktualizace flikrmetrů a světelných norem.
This thesis deals with light flicker and its visibility at various frequencies and different light intensities. In the theoretical part, besides the anatomy and physiology of the eye, standardized flickermeters and their measurement principles are described. However, due to the rapid development of electrotechnics, these are outdated approaches, and therefore, a new method has been proposed, which is described in the research part. Using this method, the flicker visibility threshold was measured, which was then compared with the thresholds of conventional flickermeter. The obtained data indicate the necessity of updating flickermeters and light standards.
