dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na míru kožní toxicity u pacientek s karcinomem prsu, její prevenci a ošetřování ozařovaného povrchu kůže. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá obecným popisem radioterapie, přibližuje také problematiku kožní toxicity spolu s možnostmi prevence a ošetřování ozařované pokožky. Praktická část vyhodnocuje akutní kožní toxicitu v závislosti na různých faktorech u skupiny respondentů z dat zdravotnického zařízení. Výsledky jsou zpracovány a vyhodnoceny v tabulkách a grafech. Součástí výzkumu jsou také tři kazuistiky pacientek, které se soustředí především na doporučené postupy ošetřování defektů kůže a na Mepitel film.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor thesis is specialized on the degree of skin toxicity in breast cancer patients, its prevention and treatment of irradiated skin surface. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with a general description of radiotherapy, it also presents the issue of skin toxicity along with the possibilities of prevention and treatment of irradiated skin. The practical part evaluates acute skin toxicity depending on various factors in a group of respondents from data of a health care facility. The results are compiled and evaluated in tables and graphs. The research also includes three case studies of patients, focusing mainly on recommended treatment procedures for skin defects and on Mepitel film.	en
