Abstract
Jedním z cílů této bakalářské práce je zjištění výhod a nevýhod radioterapie karcinomu prsu v hlubokém nádechu při použití Active Breathing CoordinatorTM. Druhým cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnání ozařovacích plánů jednotlivých pacientek s karcinomem prsu v hlubokém nádechu a za volného dýchání. K vypracování praktické části bakalářské práce je použita kvantitativní metoda. Výsledem této bakalářské práce je, že pacientkám, které podstoupily radioterapii karcinomu prsu v hlubokém nádechu při použití ABC, byly více šetřeny OaR (srdce, plíce) než při radioterapii karcinomu prsu za volného dýchání. Závěrem této práce je doporučení k většímu využívání radioterapie karcinomu prsu v hlubokém nádechu při použití ABC.
One of the aims of this thesis is to determine the advantages and disadvantages of deep-breathing radiotherapy for breast cancer using the Active Breathing CoordinatorTM. The second aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare the radiation plans of individual breast cancer patients in deep inspiration and under free breathing. A quantitative method is used to develop the practical part of the bachelor thesis. The result of this bachelor thesis is that patients who underwent radiotherapy of breast cancer in deep inspiration using ABC were more spared OaR (heart, lungs) than during radiotherapy of breast cancer under free breathing. This paper concludes with a recommendation to increase the use of deep breath radiotherapy for breast cancer using ABC.
