Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacienta při vyšetření transrektální ultrasonografií s biopsií prostaty. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část popisuje historický vývoj biopsie prostaty, indikace a kontraindikace vyšetření, strategii odběru vzorků z prostaty a jejich hodnocení a edukaci pacienta podstupujícího transrektální biopsií prostaty. Ve výzkumné části je vytvořen edukační standard v praxi, který byl ověřen dotazníkovým šetřením v praxi. Cílem práce je zjistit informovanost pacientů o přípravě a průběhu vyšetření a informovanost o dodržování zásad po transrektální ultrasonografii s biopsií prostaty. Výstupem bakalářské práce je ověřený a zrevidovaný edukační standard na téma Edukace pacienta při vyšetření transrektální ultrasonografií s biopsií prostaty.
The bachelor thesis deals with education of the patient during Transrectal Ultrasound Guided Biopsy of the Prostate. The thesis has two parts. The theoretical part describes historical development of the prostate biopsy, indications and contraindications of the examination, strategy of the prostate sampling and evaluation of the specimens. It further describes education of the patient undergoing Transrectal Ultrasound Guided Biopsy. The educational standard is established in the research section, which was subsequentially validated in praxis by a questionnaire survey. The aim of the work is to ascertain patients' awareness of the preparation and process of the examinations, as well as their informedness about following of the principles after transrectal prostate biopsy. The result of the thesis is the educational standard themed Patient Education in Transrectal Ultrasound Guided Biopsy of the Prostate.
