Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci a snížení prostoje seřizování, při
procesu lisování ve firmě KAMAX Turnov. Společnost KAMAX Turnov se zabývá výrobou
vysokopevnostních spojovacích prvků pro automobilový průmysl. Na základě analýzy
původního stavu na lisovnách, jsou navrhována opatření zaměřena na zlepšení ukazatele Doba
chodu. Optimalizace přinesla, u vybraných TOP30 produktů, zásadní zlepšení. Zejména v lednu
2025 byla Doba chodu navýšena a přinesla úsporu na strojních nákladech 256.000 Kč.
This bachelor thesis focuses on the optimization and reduction of downtime in the pressing process in the company KAMAX Turnov. The company KAMAX is engaged in the production of high-strength fasteners for the automotive industry. On the basis of the analysis of the original condition of the pressing plants, measures are proposed to improve the Equipment uptime indicator. The optimization has brought, for selected TOP30 products, significant improvements. In particular, in January 2025, the Equipment uptime was increased and brought savings on machine costs of 10.416 euros.
