dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kožní toxicity při radioterapii, jejímu vzniku, projevům a prevenci. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá radiobiologií, anatomií v oblasti hlavy a krku, výskytu nádorů, rizikovým faktorům, projevům, diagnostice a prevenci. Následují kapitoly, které se zabývají samotnou léčbou nádorů ORL a nežádoucím účinkům ionizujícího záření. V praktické části je prováděn výzkum, který je zaměřen na shromažďování dat pomocí dotazníku, který byl vyplňován pacienty radiační onkologie Krajské nemocnice v Liberci a statickém zhodnocení jejich životního stylu ve vztahu k dodržování režimových opatření v rámci prevence vzniku nežádoucích účinků a podstaty vzniku nádorového onemocnění.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor´s thesis deals with the problem of skin toxicity during radiotherapy, its occurrence, manifestations, and prevention. The bachelor´s thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with radiobiology, anatomy of the head and neck, incidence of tumors, risk factors, manifestations, diagnosis, and prevention. This is followed by chapters dealing with the actual treatment of ORL tumors and the adverse effects of ionizing radiation. In the practical part, research is carried out to collect data using a questionnaire that was filled out by radiation oncology patients of the Regional Hospital in Liberec and a static evaluation of their lifestyle in relation to adherence to regimen measures in the prevention of adverse effects and the genesis of cancer.	en
