dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na připravenost zdravotnických záchranářů na živelné katastrofy. Jelikož jsou katastrofy tohoto typu nepředvídatelné, nemůžeme se na ně dopředu adekvátně připravit. Pokud nastanou, mají často rozsáhlé a destruktivní účinky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část. V teoretické části popisujeme živelné katastrofy ze širšího pojetí, legislativu související s těmito katastrofami a používání osobních ochranných pracovních prostředků. Dále se zaměřujeme na konkrétní katastrofu, a to na sesuvy půdy. Sesuvy jsou zde podrobně popsány, seznámíme se s mechanismem jejich vzniku, jak jim předcházet a jak se zachovat, pokud ocitneme uprostřed v sesuvu půdy. Poslední část je zaměřena na postupy v přednemocniční neodkladné péči a medicíně katastrof. Ve výzkumné části byly stanoveny čtyři výzkumné otázky, na které jsme se pomocí kvalitativní metody technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru snažili obdržet odpovědi od zdravotnických záchranářů. Cílem práce bylo zanalyzovat dodržování doporučených postupů. Po analýze rozhovorů a diskuzi jsme vyjádřili doporučení pro zdravotnické záchranáře, které by zvýšilo jejich připravenost na živelné katastrofy.	cs
dc.description.abstract	The bachelor's thesis deals with readiness of paramedics for natural disasters. As disasters of this type are unpredictable, we cannot prepare for them adequately in advance. When they occur, they often have extensive and destructive impacts. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. In the theoretical part we are describing natural disasters from a wider concept, legislation related to these disasters, and the use of personal protective equipment. Furthermore, we are focusing on a specific disaster, the landslides which are described in-depth. We are discussing the mechanism of their creation, how to prevent them, and how to act if we find ourselves in the middle of the landslide. The last part is focused on pre-hospital emergency care and disaster medicine. In the research part, we developed four research questions, to which we tried obtain answers from paramedics using a qualitative method of semi structured interview technique. The aim of bachelor's thesis was to analyse the observance of standard operating procedures. After the analysis of the interviews and discussion, we made a recommendation for paramedics that would increase their preparedness level for natural disasters.	en
